Grand Canyon Resort Corporation is seeking a Cook for Diamond Creek Lodge to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to order in a casual dining setting. You will follow strict food safety practices, manage proper food handling, and ensure quality control across all dishes.

Cooks are responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Lodge, cooking to order for casual dining. Responsible for cooking food in a safe and healthy manner, using proper food handling and sanitation procedures and quantity and quality control in food production. Performs routine daily cleaning, maintains and operates equipment properly and follows FIFO rotation of products.
Kitchen environment with exposure to heat. Must be able to work extended periods while standing. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work varying schedules, weekends and holidays.
