Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals that support residents' health and wellbeing. You will follow safety and sanitation standards while delivering a positive dining experience for residents and families.

You will assist in inventory, setup, and supervision of staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable, contributing to a supportive, efficient kitchen team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and complete kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and stock snacks and pantry items for resident areas.
• Use technology and computerized systems to create a great dining experience for residents and families.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Cook you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality meals that support the health and well‑being of residents. You will ensure all food is prepared according to established safety and sanitation standards while creating a positive dining experience.

• Prepare fresh scratch‑made meals using a recipe for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.

• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years similar cooking experience preferred
