Job summary

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is hiring a Cook earning $12-$14 per hour. The role is full-time or part-time and focuses on cooking to order in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will prepare and package foods to Freddy's quality standards, monitor temperatures, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work up to 10-hour shifts while standing or walking.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and packages food and drink to Freddy's quality standards.
• Checks food quality and temperature to ensure freshness and safety.
• Maintains health and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Works multiple stations as needed during fast-paced shifts.
