Job summary

Integral Senior Living (ISL) is hiring a Cook to prepare hot and cold items across grill, sauté, salad-bar and service lines. You will ensure portions and serving quality follow recipes and menus. Taste tests confirm quality and palatability, with attention to presentation.

Experience in Senior Living is preferred, and applicants should be skilled in production methods, portion control, and safe food handling. Weekend availability is required for this role.

Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare hot and cold menu items which requires working on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and on the service line;
• Ensure the proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and the standardized recipes;
• Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability.
