Job summary

Sodexo Live at ORDA - Lake Placid Olympic Center is seeking a Cook to prepare nutritious dishes with a customer-service focus. You’ll be a team player who helps reduce food waste and contributes to a welcoming dining experience across varying shifts.

This full-time position offers opportunities to grow, with benefits and a supportive work environment, while you participate in breakfast, lunch, dinner, and event service as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, may include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items.
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
