Job summary

7th Street Burger - Yonkers is looking for enthusiastic Line Cooks to join our team. Located in New York, we pride ourselves on serving the best Smash burgers and crispy fries, while aiming for high quality and great value.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and possess a food handler certification. We offer a salary of $17-$20 an hour based on experience, along with benefits like flexible scheduling, paid sick time, and free meals.

Qualifications

• Experienced in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Food handler certification, strongly preferred.
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts.
• Previous experience working as line cook.

Responsibilities

• Work prep and all stations (Fryer and Grill stations).
• Clean kitchen every day and assist on deep cleaning days.
• Maintain clean work area and follow department of health standards.
• Work with staff members on getting orders out in a timely manner with excellent quality.
