Habit Burger & Grill is hiring a part-time Cook. You’ll work across kitchen stations, learn food safety, and rotate through Fryer, Broiler, Make-Up, and Quarterback roles. Training is provided to help you grow your skills while contributing to great-tasting food.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Correctly prepare all foods following standard recipes while handling multiple orders.
• Restock food items and kitchen supplies; rotate items safely.
• Operate cooking equipment such as grills, fryer, slicer, etc.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, hygiene, and uniform standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper food handling.
• Assist with other duties as negotiated to meet restaurant needs.

We’ll train you on everything, including food safety and kitchen cleanliness, and help you grow your skills along the way.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS• Correctly prepare all foods served following standard recipes, working on several different orders simultaneously.• Restocks food items and kitchen supplies; stores and rotates food properly and safely.• Operate cooking equipment such as flat grills, char broiler, fryer, slicer, etc.• Comply with all established standards, including personal safety, food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform.• Observe proper food preparation and handling techniques.• Keep work area neat and clean at all times; cleans and maintains equipment, cooking surfaces and utensils used in food preparation.BENEFITSWe are proud to offer competitive pay as well as career advancement opportunities and a referral bonus program.
