We are looking for a cook with a minimum of 2 years of culinary experience. You will be responsible for the quality control of the items prepared. Our Cooks will also assist in maintaining and setting up food production. As a Marcus Hotels & Resorts Cook, you will have the unique opportunity to chart your own growth path whether your interest lies in – fast-paced banquets, upscale fine-dining, casual pub-style fare, contemporary American cuisine or traditional comfort food.

What will you be doing?

• Read and follow recipes as they pertain to menu production.
• Memorize all production specifications, food presentations, and cooking methods pertinent to menu production.
• Cook all menu items to guest specifications.
• Properly label, date, and store all prepared food as well as raw ingredients and food orders.
• All other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• A minimum of 2 years of Culinary experience is preferred
• Must be willing to work weekends
• Past experience in hotels & customer service is a plus
