Prepare and cook menu items to specifications and ensure quality, consistency, and presentation.
Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff to ensure smooth service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation; follow health and safety guidelines.
Handle food safely and adhere to company policies on food handling and hygiene.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: Applebee's® Cooks start at $18 up to $25.00 per hour, plus tips.

Daily Pay offered where available (not available in California).
Paid sick leave and other benefits as applicable by location.

Physical Standards

Ability to remain stationary and move for lengthy periods (up to 4 hours).
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds; work in hot and damp environments.
Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively; dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
Ability to wear protective gear and disinfectant cleaning supplies; frequent handwashing.
