Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Lilburn, GA is seeking a part-time Cook to prepare meals that meet residents' dietary needs and Sunrise standards. You will follow standardized recipes, ensure quality and presentation, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include recording temperatures, stocking and labeling food, and supporting dining service. Opportunity to lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
