WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Cook, you will help prepare and serve quality meals while supporting daily university dining operations.

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and established standards
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal service
• Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Properly store and label food and ingredients
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with stocking and inventory as needed
• Work closely with the dining team to ensure smooth daily operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous cooking or food service experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work evening shifts and weekends as scheduled
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. when needed
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
