Job summary

Unrivaled Sports in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Cook to join our dining team. You will handle food prep, stocking, and daily kitchen cleanliness under the direction of the Director of Food and Beverage.

Responsibilities include preparing orders in a fast-paced environment, organizing prep areas, receiving and storing inventory by FIFO, and maintaining high sanitary standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

As a Cook and member of the Big League Dreams team, you will be working under the direction of the Director of Food and Beverage. Your job duties will range from cleaning, inventory, and preparation of food items in a timely, efficient, sanitary manner.

Special Physical Requirements of the Job/Working Conditions:

• Routinely required to work extended hours of time including weekdays/nights, and weekends.
• Must be able to move quickly to assist customers.
• Reach for high placed boxes and items, handle or feel objects or controls, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb stairs.
• Routinely lift or move up to 50 pounds at least 40% of the time.
• Stand for long periods of time.Routinely exposed to extreme hot/cold weather conditions, dust and particles, and loud noises.
