The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required, and you must be eligible to work in

Qualificações

• Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents

• Monitors the quality of food
• Marinating and breading chicken
• Ensuring chicken is properly inspected
• Following receipts accordingly
• Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
• Follow protocol chicken forecast
• Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards
• Thoroughly clean equipment
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
