Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a cook to join the kitchen team at one of our communities. You will prepare meals for residents, work closely with staff, and contribute to a dining experience that brightens residents' days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years experience as a cook in hospitality or healthcare environments.
• Food handlers permit as required by state law and/or Company standards.

Responsibilities

• Join the kitchen staff in preparing and cooking food for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, employees and coworkers.
• Understand that dining in a restaurant-style atmosphere can be the highlight of residents' day.
• Maintain the kitchen in a clean, safe and sanitary condition at all times.
