Job summary

Sagora Senior Living seeks a dedicated Cook for our Elison Assisted Living & Memory Care of Graham community. You will prepare meals, manage stock, and uphold sanitation standards in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen.

The role requires ServSafe Certification and a Food Handler’s permit, with 1+ year commercial kitchen experience and strong communication with residents and staff. This is a full-time position in Graham, TX.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit required.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Ability to prepare specialized dishes for specific diets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, storage and work areas.
• Assist with training of Culinary team members.
• Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation.
• Serve meals to residents promptly and in a friendly, courteous manner.
