First Watch is seeking cooks for our back-of-the-house team in Glenview, IL. We pride ourselves on a YOU FIRST culture and an egg-forward breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience for guests. No night shifts, and teammates are empowered to make decisions to keep service efficient and enjoyable.

New hires will train in stations suited to their comfort and skill. Communication and teamwork are valued, with emphasis on delivering quality, safe meals in a fast-paced setting at First Watch.

Qualifications

• Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on comfort level and innate skill
• You don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch
• PTO eligibility tied to minimum hourly requirements
