Job summary

Glenwood Skilled Nursing & Therapy is seeking a dedicated cook to join our team. You will prepare meals for residents, using established procedures while ensuring sanitation and quality. You’ll also store inventory properly and monitor temperatures to keep food safe and fresh.

From serving meals to maintaining clean dining areas, your role supports daily resident care and comfort. We value reliability and a caring attitude in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment preferred.

• Serve meals using standards to maintain sanitation and quality.
• Store stock appropriately in order to maintain cleanliness and prevent food spoilage.
• Accurately record meals served and monitor temperatures of food.

• Wash dishes and/or utensils according to acceptable standards of practice.
