Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a Cook to prepare fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen and uphold food safety standards. You’ll join a team that values pride in every plate and delivers the Wingstop guest experience.

You’ll read recipes, set up stations, and collaborate with Front of House to ensure orders go out accurate and on time while minimizing waste and keeping the kitchen clean.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or cooking experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to support business needs.
• Complete all required training and certifications.
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as part of kitchen duties.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods

• Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with varying temperatures
