Job summary

Smashburger in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a friendly Cook to help deliver our crave-worthy burgers and guest experiences. You’ll work with a fast-paced team, follow recipe standards, and keep the kitchen clean and safe. No experience is required—we’ll train you.

• Able to follow safety, cleanliness, and company standards

• Work closely with teammates in a fast-paced kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, knives)
• Follow systems for prep, stocking, and closing
• Support team members and assist in the dining area as needed
