Job Description

Salary: $18.25 - $19.90 per hour, commensurate with experience

Schedule: Full Time

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
2. Collaborating with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply inventory, ensure timely procurement, proper storage of leftovers, and accurate inventory maintenance.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

1. At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
2. Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members.
4. Self-motivation, organization, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
5. Excellent customer service skills.
