Our Panda Cook associates are key leaders of our team and the heart of our kitchen. You will be responsible for creating food with passion, providing service with heart, and maintaining ambiance with pride.

As a Cook, you will have the opportunity to play a central role in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the core of our company, and we believe our people are the recipe for success. Your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
2. Preparing all dishes according to company recipes and standards.
3. Guiding and assisting in the training of kitchen team members.
4. Performing all back-of-house responsibilities.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Some high school education.
• Preferably some operations experience.
• Food safety requirements, such as local/municipal Food Handler certification, obtained at the applicant’s own expense.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Employees should be able to work in hot, noisy kitchens, lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.
