As a SONIC Drive-In Restaurant Cook, you will oversee the Appetite Satisfaction Department, operating stations such as Food Production, Grill, Fryer, and more.

Cook responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and cooking food orders to meet quality standards
2. Food preparation and portioning
3. Cooking on the grill
4. Operating the fry station
5. Dressing items to order
6. Packaging menu items and checking for quality and consistency
7. Cleaning tasks including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, and sanitizing food areas

Requirements for SONIC Drive-In Restaurant Cooks:

• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs
• Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
• Ability to follow directions
• Willingness to adhere to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
• Knowledge of the restaurant or retail industry is preferred but not required
