Cook at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar

Join the team as a Cook and help make our menu items worth coming back for. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, communicate effectively, and collaborate with teammates.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Assist in inventory management and food prep.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including wearing protective gear and washing hands with disinfecting soap.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to remain stationary and move for up to four (4) hours, lift up to 50 lbs, reach/stoop/bend, and work in hot, damp environments.
• Willingness to wear protective hand and face coverings as required.
• Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Applebee's® Cooks start at $16 up to $21 per hour.
Daily Pay available (except in California).
