First Watch is hiring Cooks for day shifts. Our YOU FIRST culture puts people ahead of everything, with a chef-curated menu and a fast-paced kitchen that delivers breakfast, brunch, or lunch with fresh ingredients.

You’ll work in a supportive team that communicates well, remains clean and safe, follows our recipes, and takes pride in quality. Must be 18+, training is provided, and full-time staff receive benefits such as health insurance, a 401(k), and meal discounts.

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don't need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
