Job Summary

To produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station according to the company's menu recipes and specifications. To ensure the company's safety, sanitation, and food standards are met according to recipes, procedures, quality, and timeliness.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Arrive on time, prepared, and in proper uniform.
  2. Maintain a brisk, steady pace; stay organized; avoid unnecessary steps.
  3. Adhere strictly to recipes when prepping or assisting with production.
  4. Use scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards for portion control and perform portion tests.
  5. Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and well-maintained; practice "clean as you go".
  6. Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
  7. Stay organized and think ahead to stock supplies before busy periods.
  8. Work effectively as part of a team.
  9. Maintain a safe work environment and follow OSHA guidelines.
  10. Handle food safely, including receiving, rotating, and stocking supplies.
  11. Support food preparation as needed.
