Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking part-time cooks for a Full Scratch Kitchen at Ivy Park in Cerritos, CA. The team delivers fresh, seasonal menus and high-quality ingredients to residents.

You will work with a dedicated team, interact with residents and guests, and strive to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. Health and safety standards, teamwork, and enthusiasm for hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff.
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes in a Full Scratch Kitchen environment.
• Interact with residents and guests to provide a personalized dining experience.
• Ensure timely and consistent plate execution with high quality.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and communicate with team.

What we request:

• Line cook experience in a “Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant”

• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
