Responsibilities

• Efficiently prepare stations to ensure a successful services
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Keep dishwashing area clean and organized, including floors and surfaces
• Handle and maintain dishwashing equipment, reporting any issues to kitchen management
• Prepares pizza ingredients
• Operates wood fired pizza oven
• Checks quality of pizzas before they’re served to guests
• Maintaining cleanliness in addition to health and safety standards
• Ensure quality food comes out simultaneously with team members
• Performs inventory assessments and communicates to management efficiently
• Maintains a positive and professional approach with colleagues
• Performs regular maintenance on kitchen equipment
• Collaborates with Sous Chef to ensure top tier food experience
• Ability to cross train on other kitchen equipment as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices
