Job summary

The Cottages of Carmel, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group in California, is hiring a full-time line cook for the PM shift (11:00 am–7:30 pm). You will craft fresh meals on a fast-paced line and interact with residents and guests to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years line cook experience on a fast-paced line.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Willingness to pass background check and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals from scratch in a full scratch kitchen.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and stock levels.
• Communicate with residents and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Pay Range: $22.00- $25.00 per hour

What we request:

• Line cook experience in a “Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant”
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
