Job summary

Luna Grill is seeking a Line Cook in California to join a fast-paced, team‑oriented kitchen. You’ll prepare, cook and plate menu items to Luna Grill recipes, maintain a clean workstation, and work safely with grills, fryers and ovens.

Must have at least 1 year of kitchen experience in a high‑volume or fast‑casual setting, be 18+, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Luna Grill offers flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, tip sharing, free shift meals, and employee discounts.

$20.00/hr (up to $24.00/hr with tips)

Texas – Dallas/Fort Worth
$13.50–$15.50/hr (up to $18.00/hr with tips)

Arizona – Mesa
$15.50–$17.50/hr (up to $20.00/hr with tips)

• Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards at all timesSupport the kitchen team with prep, stocking, and closing duties
• Communicate effectively with your team and leadership to keep service running smoothly
• Assist with dishwashing, kitchen maintenance and other tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required
• Strong understanding of food prep, portion control, and recipe consistency
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
• Positive, dependable team player who thrives under pressure
• Must be 18 years or older
