Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving meals to Care Center Residents, Hospital and SLS.
• Know basics of therapeutic diets to ensure proper following of nutrition care plan for resident and patients.
• Washing dishes with dish machine, using meat slicer, coffee machine, steamer, grill, ovens and handling dishes, hot and cold food.
• Follow standardized quantity food recipes.
• Ensure meal times are followed while working closely with aids, nurses and Dietitian.
• Brainstorm ideas for possible solutions to problems pertaining to food service that may arise.
