Avivaatfitzsimons seeks a Cook to prepare, cook, season and serve nutritious, balanced meals for residents, following menus and state regulations. You will work with meat, fish, vegetables, soups, breads and desserts, ensuring quality, safety and proper portions in a busy dining environment.
Responsibilities include food preparation duties, kitchen maintenance, and supervising staff in the absence of the Executive Chef. Reports to the Executive Chef and must be available to work weekends.
Cook
The Cook will prepare, cook, season, and serve adequate, attractive, nutritious, and balanced meals. Meals prepared include meat, fish, fowl, vegetables, fruit, soups, salads, desserts, breads, and pastries, as specified and scheduled by the menus. The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.
