Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with academic achievement.
• 2–5 years in top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or financial services.
• Proactive self-starter with initiative, ability to work independently.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel; capable of clear quantitative analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support APPS leadership in day-to-day management, including budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop and execute internal strategic initiatives with quantitative assessments and performance tracking.
• Prepare analyses, models, and dashboards to support decisions across APPS.
• Develop and maintain Excel/PowerPoint tools to track metrics, engagement, and resources.
• Coordinate communication across APPS and Apollo teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and internal updates.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Support organizational design and people initiatives with APPS leadership.
• Manage consultant/vendor relationships, including tracking engagements and deliverables.
• Ensure clear, professional communication across APPS deliverables.
