B&B Theatres in Conway, SC is seeking a Theatre Staff frontliner to work behind concession and box office, delivering magical guest experiences. This role requires availability during evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

You will greet guests, handle ticketing and concessions, and keep theatres clean and welcoming for every show. As part of the team, you will maintain excellent guest service, operate POS systems, prepare concession items, and collaborate to ensure safety and smooth theatre

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Must be willing to obtain R-Serving (for candidates 21+), Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications in accordance with state, county, and location-specific requirements. Religious exemptions are available upon request with written documentation for liquor liability certification. All required certifications will be paid for by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times.
  • Responding promptly to Guest requests.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional guest support.
  • Staying current on new releases and upcoming movies.
  • Communicating and coordinating as a team with your fellow colleagues.
  • Completing any other duties as delegated or directed by your supervisor.
  • Work behind registers managing transactions of guests on ticket sales or redemption of vouchers.
  • Sell concession items to guests.
  • Be knowledgeable of the items offered by the theatre including prices.
  • Prepare and handle food in accordance with company policy and local health regulations.
  • Maintain clean and tidy workstation, concession, and box office areas at all times.
  • Maintain clean auditoriums, restrooms and any areas as directed by theatre management, including sweep and mop floors, pick up and empty trash in and around the building.
  • Completing any other duties as delegated or directed by your supervisor.

  • Prepare and serve concession items, following food safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
  • Monitor auditorium conditions before, during, and after shows to ensure guest safety and comfort.
  • Assist with ushering duties, including ticket scanning, guiding guests to seats, and enforcing theatre policies.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, including restocking, cleaning, and securing cash or supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service and support overall theatre operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to maintain efficient and safe operations.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a frontliner, Theatre Staff will work behind concession and box office, interacting with guests to make each experience magical and fun. This position requires you to work during the evening, on weekends, and occasionally on holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
  • Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome.
