Deer Valley Resort is seeking a Conveyer Lift Operator I for seasonal work in Park City, Utah. The role focuses on the safe and efficient operation of conveyer lifts and providing exceptional guest service in a winter environment.

Preferred candidates enjoy outdoor work, can lift up to 60 lbs, and are 18 years or older. Paid hourly with perks for staff, including meals and housing options where available.

• Assist adults and children with loading and unloading (people movers).
• Pay close attention to lift operations to ensure safe operation.
• Operate a large drill to set up and take down fencing, signage, and terrain features in support of Ski School operations.
• Consistently demonstrate extraordinary guest service and engagement.
• Clear snow from all conveyer lifts and surrounding areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: The

Conveyer Lift Operator I is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our conveyer lifts at our various locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults and children with loading and unloading (people movers)
• Paying close attention to lift operations to ensure safe operation
• Operate a large drill to set up and take down fencing, signage, and terrain features in support of Ski School operations
• Consistently demonstrate extraordinary guest service and engagement
• Clear snow from all conveyer lifts and surrounding areas
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Intermediate ski skills and own ski equipment preferred
• Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time outside in a winter environment
• Must be able to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Must be over 18 years of age
