Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to supervise and coordinate the manufacturing team, ensuring schedules are met and products are manufactured to high quality standards. The role involves daily operations management, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead, train, and evaluate team performance, maintain 5S practices, and collaborate with supervisors to optimize production and reduce costs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and help adjust assignments as necessary to meet production goals.
• Ensure production processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• Quickly address and resolve production-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and the needs of the production line.
• Track and evaluate the performance of individual team members and the overall production line.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees on manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and company policies.

• Oversee the quality of products throughout the production process to ensure they meet company standards.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify defects.

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure production schedules are met and products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Essential Functions And Responsibilities

Support Manufacturing Supervisor
