ASGCO® “Complete Conveyor Solutions” in Marriottsville, MD is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, service and repair conveyor belts and components at industrial sites. The role requires hands-on mechanical ability and the willingness to travel to job sites across industrial plants.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Reliable transportation/ Active Driver's License.
• Very Hands-on mechanically.
• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Ability to travel.
• Effective communication is required.
• Must be able to work safely and effectively as part of a team or independently.
• Underground and surface work with required certifications may be needed.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays as schedule requires.

Responsabilidades

• Install new, change out, repair or splice conveyor belt.
• Demonstrate proper safe use of handling of tools, equipment and materials.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Follow instructions under Crew Lead to cover all job aspects and avoid delays.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and work areas are clean and hazard-free.
• Participate in Conveyor Technician training programs for advancement.
• Be willing and able to work on-call, including dayshift, nightshift and weekends.
• Comply with all policies in Employee Handbook.
