Viacore is seeking a Belt Conveyor Technician to join our field team. You will install, splice, maintain, and troubleshoot conveyor systems in industrial settings, with travel to job sites and occasional long hours.

This hands-on role requires comfort with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components, high-voltage safety, and clear communication with customers. Physical work in mining or bulk material handling environments is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in belt conveyor splicing or industrial conveyor maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical and hydraulic knowledge preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve under pressure.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Belt Conveyor Technicianto join our growing belt conveyor splicing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with conveyor belt splicing, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in industrial environments. This role involves working on conveyor systems, mechanical and electrical components, hydraulics, and high-voltage equipment to ensure safe and efficient conveyor operation.This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable traveling to job sites, workinglong hours, and performing physically demanding work in manufacturing, mining, or bulk material handling environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform conveyor belt splicing (hot, cold, and mechanical) and belt installations
