Job summary

Pregis Corporation is seeking a Converting Machine Operator to monitor and operate converting machines, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput on an hourly basis. This role reports to the Converting Supervisor in the Converting department.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, with a focus on safety and efficient production. Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing preferred.
• Prior PPE safety compliance experience or awareness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate converting machines per safety and quality standards.
• Maintain production rates, minimize waste, and meet customer requirements.
• Enter production reporting data and assist with setup and troubleshooting when needed.
