Job summary

Interstate Packaging Company in White Bluff, TN is seeking a Converting Adjuster for the 2nd shift. You will set up bag machines to meet job orders and customer specs, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor maintenance on equipment.

You will also maintain accurate production records, follow GMPs and safety policies, and contribute to continuous improvement in machine efficiency and product quality.
