What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a data-driven, experimentation-obsessed marketer to join our growth team. If you're passionate about testing, optimization, and turning user behavior into actionable insights—this is your jam.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Building and launching sleek, high-converting landing pages using platforms like Unbounce or Framer
Setting up and running A/B and multivariate tests with tools like VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize
Analyzing user behavior with GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, and more to spot friction points and drop-offs
Collaborating with marketing, design, and content teams to develop and deploy test variations—think CTAs, layouts, copy tweaks, and beyond
Maintaining a well-documented experiment log: hypotheses, changes, outcomes—every test has a story
Driving continuous optimization across user journeys including paid channels, email flows, and the core website funnel
What You Bring:
2+ years in a CRO, growth, or marketing analytics role
Hands-on experience with testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize) and behavioral analytics platforms (Hotjar, GA4)
Must-have: familiarity with Unbounce or Framer for landing page creation
Analytical mindset—you love turning data into decisions
Collaborative spirit—you’re great at working with designers, copywriters, and developers
High attention to detail and the ability to execute quickly
Availability to work in US time zones
Scrappy and resourceful—you have strong judgment and taste, and you’re comfortable selecting visuals, tweaking messaging for different audiences using our custom AI tool, and adjusting designs on the fly to boost performance
Bonus Points If You Have:
A working knowledge of UX principles and conversion psychology
Basic HTML/CSS chops
Experience with DTC or performance-driven marketing funnels
Skills in building dashboards with Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Strategic input on CRO roadmaps or testing frameworks
A flair for persuasive copywriting
