Job summary

Luminize is seeking an entry-level Copywriter for Amazon and Ecommerce in San Diego, CA. This onsite role requires residency in San Diego County and offers a compensation range of $50,000–$60,000 DOE.

You will craft engaging, high-converting Amazon content, collaborate with marketing, design, and brand teams, and use AI as part of the workflow to accelerate research and formatting while maintaining voice and accuracy.

Qualifications

• A degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field can be helpful, but it's not required.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply and considered for entry-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for Amazon product detail pages (PDPs), Brand Stores, and ads, including SEO-rich titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
• Use keyword research from analytics to craft optimized, search-friendly copy.
• Leverage AI to accelerate research, scaffolding, and bulk formatting while preserving voice.
• Maintain brand voice and comply with Amazon content and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Content Managers, and Designers to deliver on-time, high-quality projects.
• Audit and update live listings for accuracy, performance, and compliance.
• Stay ahead of trends in Amazon SEO and category-specific requirements.
