Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Converse Direct Brand Representative for in-store visual merchandising. This independent contractor role covers store visits, ensuring brand standards, and placing marketing materials to elevate the in-store Converse experience.

You will conduct 1–4 hour visits, 1–4 times per month depending on location, and report back with photos and feedback via the ThirdChannel app. Starting compensation is $24/hour, based on market and experience.

Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Supplemental role, not full- or part-time)

Position Overview

As a Brand Representative, you will support Converse by ensuring the successful execution of brand standards and marketing initiatives in retail stores. This role involves merchandising Converse product displays, maintaining marketing materials, and driving a strong in-store brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising according to Converse guidelines and directives.
• Confirm installation and visibility of marketing and promotional materials.
• Maintain product presentation standards to ensure a premium in-store experience.
• Build strong relationships with store teams to support sell-through and visibility.
• Submit store visit reports, including photos and written feedback, using the ThirdChannel app on a smart device.

• Previous retail or visual merchandising experience strongly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must own a smart device with internet access (iOS 16.0+ or Android 13.0+).

Project Duration & Commitment

• Store visits typically range from 1–4 hours each depending on project scope.
• Commitment is generally 1-4 visits a month depending on location.
• Visits must be approved with the store leadership team before going.
• Scheduling is flexible and coordinated with store management.
