Job summary

Rivian is refining its enterprise AI agent platform to engage customers intelligently across milestones—from inquiry to ownership. You will own conversation logic, journey mapping, and performance optimization of AI agents, partnering with Sales and Commercial Technology to translate capabilities into measurable sales value.

The role sits at the intersection of sales strategy and engineering, driving cross-functional impact and scaling a high-performing sales platform for Rivian.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical sales, revenue ops, software engineering, or AI ops.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js) and evaluating LLMs.
• Ability to translate goals into deterministic agent code and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define conversation logic, decision policies, and guardrails for AI agents.
• Map customer journeys, optimize lead quality and conversion, and measure impact.
• Define metrics for agent performance and surface dashboards.
• Present updates to executive audiences with clear narratives.
• Diagnose model behavior and run AB tests to improve outcomes.
• Act as escalation point and coordinate cross-functional triage.
