Job summary

Ameron München Motorworld sucht eine/n Convention Sales Manager zur Gestaltung, Planung und Koordination von Vertriebsaktionen und Events in München. Sie fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson, betreuen Kunden und beaufsichtigen das Team mit Coaching, Training und Entwicklung.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört das Erstellen von Forecasts und Budgets sowie die Überwachung offener Posten. Sie beobachten den Wettbewerb und entwickeln kontinuierliche Konzepte, um unsere Gäste begeisternd zu bedienen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotelindustrie bzw. Gastronomie mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Convention Sales und Active Sales.
• Führungserfahrung ideal, z.B. Teamleitung oder Supervisory-Rolle.
• Ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Kundenservicekompetenzen.
• Innovatives Denken zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Konzepte.

Responsibilities

• Entwerfen, Planen und Koordinieren von Vertriebsaktionen und Events.
• Pflege von Kontakten und exzellenter Kundenservice als zentrale Anlaufstelle.
• Beobachtung des Wettbewerbs und Entwicklung neuer Konzepte.
• Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams durch Training und Coaching.
• Forecasts, Budgets erstellen und offene Posten kontrollieren.
