Job Title- C-Store Manager
Department- C-Store
Reports to- General Manager, Director of C-Store
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving cash or credit card payment for merchandise or services and keeping records of funds received in retail establishments or places of public accommodation. Operates cash register to itemize and total customers purchases in gas, deli, grocery, beer, liquor, tobacco, lottery, scratch offs, money orders, Western union, Cat scale or other retail items by performing the following duties.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and comprehend the English language for simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to use cash register, 10-key calculator, count money, lottery machine, money orders, word, excel, payroll programs, scanner

It is the responsibility of the C-Store Manager to ensure all cashier’s maintain at all times a valid State and Parish Certifications and/or Licenses. Must have them with them while on duty and presented to management or official when asked.
