Provide excellent customer service at the Road and River Ready Mart/Chevron station. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the station, support daily operations including cash handling, stocking, and fuel pump monitoring. Represent Chevron’s commitment to quality, safety, and service.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate the cash register and handle all point-of-sale transactions accurately
• Monitor fuel pumps and assist customers as needed
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, restrooms, and fuel pump area
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures
• Check and replenish windshield cleaning supplies at the pumps
• Check and empty trash cans regularly, especially when full and at the end of the night
• Assist with inventory checks
• Keep fuel price sign accurate and tidy
• Check for outdated items daily
• Restock bags of ice and refill ice/syrups and maintain Pepsi machine
• Accurately label and date all items
• Ensure all prepared items are served warm, fresh, and maintained at safe holding temperatures in accordance with food safety standards
• Complete end-of-shift till report, including accurate cash counts, reconciliation of sales, and preparation of deposit
• Complete closing shift documentation, including cash reconciliation and end-of-day sales reports

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be dependable, punctual, and honest
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
