Job summary

You will read production drawings, assemble subcomponents, and use various power tools to fabricate fiberglass and metal enclosures. Emphasis on safety, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn is required. Training provided; occasional overtime may occur.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required for entry-level manufacturing roles.
• Candidate should be able to follow safety rules and SOPs.
• Ability to read and interpret basic work orders and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble control panels and subassemblies per specifications.
• Read and interpret work orders and production drawings.
• Operate power tools safely and maintain tools/equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with packaging and shipment preparation as needed.
