Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting industrial controls in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and safety mindset.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and drives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial control systems, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and drives.
• Diagnose electrical and controls issues affecting production equipment.
• Support installations, startups, and changeovers for process improvements.
• Review electrical schematics, panel drawings, and manuals.
• Make approved PLC/HMI adjustments per change-control procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect control panels and safety circuits.
• Document troubleshooting, repairs, and parts usage; collaborate with teams to reduce downtime.
