You’ll learn from experienced leaders, work hands-on in the field, and play an important role in delivering reliable, high-quality automation solutions—all while building skills that set you up for long-term growth.**What You’ll Do*** Support lead installers with the installation, testing, and maintenance of conveyor control systems* Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment for safe, efficient installs* Assist with inspections and troubleshooting while following all safety standards and guidelines* Document work completed and system updates while maintaining a clean, organized work area**What You’ll Bring*** High school diploma and a valid driver’s license* Basic understanding of electrical principles and comfort using hand and electrical tools* Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills* Willingness to work flexible hours when projects require it**Work Schedule*** During times of significant workload and/or project go-lives, an employee could be expected to work shifts lasting up to 12hrs and/or work weeks greater than 60hrs.* Employee will be expected, at times, to work off-shift hours and weekends, compensated by overtime.**Travel:** Up to 50%, based on project needs
