Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC servicing electrical/electronic/mechanical systems.
• Vocational program or Associate degree or Military Training preferred.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC control and Building Automation Systems.
• Technical Support: respond to service and warranty calls with front-line repair.
• Problem Solving: diagnose building inefficiencies and suggest updates.
• Customer Engagement: act as trusted advisor with clear communication.
